This is one of the easiest weeknight dinners, that I make slightly different each time.
- 1 Polenta Roll (trader Joes)
- 1 can of Turkey chili
- Trader joes Salsa Serrano
- Mexican Cheese
- Favorite veggies.
- 1/2 jar of Trader Joe’s Corn Salsa
Spray with oil a squre baking dish.
Slice half of the Polenta and arrange on the bottom of the dish.
Add chili, veggies, and half of the Corn and Chile salsa.
Add the rest of the Polenta,
top with Cheese and Serrano salsa or salsa of your choice.
Bake around 350 for 20 minutes.
